2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the client decides to cancel the project after work has started.
  • If delays occur due to client-side issues such as lack of communication, incomplete information, or failure to provide necessary resources.
  • If services have been fully rendered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • For third-party expenses, including domain registration, hosting, paid tools, or advertising budgets.
  • For digital marketing campaigns once the ads have been launched or services have been used.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to inspyizer@gmail.com within 7 days.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.

4. Project Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled before work has started, a full refund may be issued.
  • If a project is canceled after partial work completion, no refunds will be provided.
  • It won’t be possible to provide a refund if the project is fully completed and delivered.

5. Alternative Solutions

  • Instead of a refund, we may offer revisions or alternative solutions to address any concerns.
  • We are dedicated to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to meet expectations.
